Coppermine Applicators, Inc. was Incorporated by Robert A. Pare' in July of 2004, with the idea that customer service would be the number one priority. After 21 years in the business, Robert had noticed an all around decline in the quality of service in the drywall industry. Robert wanted to create the best environment possible , teaching that quality and genuine personal service will serve as the general foundation of the Company. CAI enjoys the fruitful challenges that arise when a client has a need, working on solutions, helping to build relationships, while providing the best finished product possible.... on time, within budget, and safe for all involved. Beginning in January 2005, CAI began providing expert service in full swing, successfully negotiating retail centers and office fit-outs. Our loyalty to our employees, clients, and families are evident in our work.
By closely managing our personnel and projects, and by approaching our work as though each project would be personally signed, CAI continues to offer economy and efficiency to an end product of the highest quality.

Robert worked as a youngster from the age 10 to 16 during summer vacations for P and P Contractors, Inc. as a laborer. He graduated from Linganore high school in 1987 and taught music theory at Western Maryland College. Robert began working for a commercial drywall company in 1987 as a laborer and worked his way up to Vice President of the Company in 1996, where he remained VP until 2004.
Robert formed Coppermine Applicators, Inc. with the vision to take the Company to higher level in a modern construction industry. 22 years of commercial drywall experience, backed by family owned commercial drywall business experience for over 50 years. Our partners have been instrumental in the early success of Coppermine Applicators, Inc.
Scott Bodmer
Project Manager and Estimator
Scott graduated from Poolesville High School in 1997 and attended Montgomery College taking courses in computer science, business management, and accounting. Scott previously worked in the automotive industry as service writer/estimator from 2000 – 2006.
Andre' brings over 45 years experience in the drywall industry. A former drywall contractor owner and Superintendant for various companies, Andre' has been instrumental in numerous safety awards throughout the Washington DC metro area.
Pierre Dionne
Superintendant
Pierre has 35 years experience in the drywall industry, and brings with him a strong attitude toward pride and Company loyalty. His relationship with the Pare' family exceeds words, and welcome him aboard.
Kyra Lea Pare'
Accounting
Kyra graduated from Linganore High School in 1988 and attended Frederick Community College earning an Associates Degree in Criminology. Kyra plays an active roll with CAI, as well as a volunteer in the Frederick County Board of Education.
